Alaina Taylor

As the newest member of our team, Alaina serves as a Client Service Associate with a focus on marketing and client outreach. She supports the needs of financial advisors by opening client accounts, managing and updating client profiles, and scheduling appointments. She also contributes to the success of the company by coordinating client events and focusing on age-based marketing to address the needs of all clients. Alaina strives to deliver a professional and exceptional customer service experience for clients by ensuring that their needs are met in a timely manner.

Before joining Pentas Wealth Management, Alaina earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Valdosta State University in the spring of 2022. She was awarded the President’s Award for Academic Excellence at VSU for the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, making her the top graduate in her college. She has experience with providing excellent customer service from her job in retail at Tallokas Road gift shop. She is an actively involved member of Funston Baptist Church and she has a passion for giving back to her community.
